USAF Coffee Bundle

Four roasts named for the airframes, in one box, ground or whole bean.

The Air Force stood up as its own branch on September 18th, 1947, and it has been running on coffee ever since. This is the one you send the Airman, the crew chief, or the retired colonel who still wakes up at 0500 without an alarm. It is one of the easier coffee gifts to get right, because light to dark is already covered.

What is in it

• Hercules Blond Roast. Light and bright, citrus and caramel. Named for the C-130, the airframe that always shows up.
• Moose Medium Roast. Earthy and spiced instead of the usual chocolate. Named for the C-17, the one crews call the Moose.
• 1947 Air Force Birthday Medium Dark Roast. A Guatemalan blend roasted medium dark for the birthday itself.
• Galaxy Dark Roast. Our heaviest cup, deep and earthy Sumatra Robusta. Named for the C-5, the biggest aircraft the Air Force has ever flown.

Every bag is 12 oz, and not one of them is bitter, which is the part most people do not expect from the dark end of the lineup.
