Q: Does the discount apply to future renewals?
A: No. The 20% discount only applies to your first subscription order. Future renewals bill at the standard subscription price.

A: There’s no set end date at this time.

Q: The code isn’t working — what should I do?

2026 Price Adjustment

Q1: What is changing?
A: Starting January 1, 2026, prices for Ground, Whole Bean, and Single-Serving Pod coffee will increase for retail customers and 1st Caffeine Regiment subscribers.

Q2: Why is Aerial Resupply Coffee increasing prices?
A: Global supply and sourcing costs have shifted. We’re adjusting to maintain premium quality, fair farmer pay, and sustainable growth — without compromising flavor or mission.

Q3: Which products are affected?
A: Ground Coffee, Whole Bean Coffee, and Single-Serving Pods. Merch/apparel/ready-to-drink are not affected.

Q4: When will the new prices take effect?
A: January 1, 2026. Orders placed before that date use current prices.

Q5: Does this affect subscriptions (1st Caffeine Regiment)?
A: Yes. Renewals processed after August 19, 2025 will reflect updated pricing. Member perks and savings remain.

Q6: Will I be notified about this change?
A: Yes. We’ll notify customers by email and on-site ahead of the update.
