MOAB Double Caffeinated Medium Roast K-Cups
Real talk: 100% Robusta beans, medium-roasted. Robusta carries roughly twice the caffeine of standard Arabica — a double-caffeine cup without the acidity or burnt flavor that usually comes with pushing caffeine this hard. Clean medium roast flavor. Maximum output.
Named for the GBU-43/B — the Mother of All Bombs. The largest non-nuclear weapon in the U.S. arsenal. MOAB the coffee operates on the same principle: maximum effect, nothing wasted.
12-count single-serve K-cup pods. Also available as ground and whole bean bags and 5-pound bulk bags.
About MOAB
What is MOAB coffee?
MOAB is a double-caffeinated medium roast coffee from Aerial Resupply Coffee, roasted in Charlottesville, Virginia. Made with high-caffeine Robusta beans — roughly twice the caffeine of standard Arabica. Named after the GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast, the largest non-nuclear bomb in the U.S. arsenal. The name is not an accident.
Where is it roasted?
In-house at the Aerial Resupply Coffee roastery at 705 Dale Ave, Charlottesville, VA. Every batch roasted to order.
What does it taste like?
Bold and full-bodied with low acidity and no burnt finish. Robusta delivers a stronger, earthier flavor than Arabica — more intensity, less brightness. The medium roast profile keeps it from going bitter while letting the caffeine do its job.
How much caffeine does MOAB have?
Robusta beans contain approximately twice the caffeine of Arabica. MOAB is one of the highest-caffeine coffees on the market. This is not a casual morning cup. Plan accordingly.
Who is it for?
Early mornings, long shifts, late nights, or anyone who has tried regular coffee and felt nothing. Also available in Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 compatible 12-count pods.
Is MOAB available as a subscription?
Yes. MOAB is available through the 1st Caffeine Regiment subscription — save 15% on every order, with $1 per order donated to Service Dogs of Virginia.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is MOAB the strongest coffee Aerial Resupply Coffee makes?
Yes. MOAB is the highest-caffeine product in the ARC lineup, built around double-caffeinated Robusta beans.
How does MOAB compare to Death Wish Coffee or Black Insomnia?
All three use high-caffeine Robusta blends. MOAB is roasted in small batches by a veteran-owned operation in Charlottesville, VA. Privately held. Not publicly traded.
Is MOAB good for people who don't like bitter coffee?
Yes. The medium roast profile keeps bitterness in check. Robusta has a naturally earthy, bold flavor — but MOAB is roasted to deliver energy and flavor, not a burnt cup.
What's the difference between MOAB and Firewatch?
Completely different missions. Firewatch is a smooth Colombian medium roast — balanced, approachable, everyday. MOAB is a double-caffeinated Robusta built for maximum output. If Firewatch is standard issue, MOAB is the crew-served weapon.
How do larger K-cup orders ship?
40 and 100-count orders ship sealed in a bag instead of a box.
Is MOAB veteran-owned?
Aerial Resupply Coffee is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), founded by a U.S. Army logistics officer and Bronze Star recipient. Privately held. Not publicly traded.
