Here's what the CEO of Aerial Resupply Coffee had to say in his first written interview.
This past month marked a first for Aerial Resupply Coffee. Our CEO, Mike Klemmer, was interviewed for the first time surrounding the origins of the business.
"Michael Klemmer practically blended his appreciation for logistical coordination efforts along with his drink of choice, coffee, into one incorporation. The result: Aerial Resupply Coffee.
Klemmer, who spent almost 21 years in US Army, started serious thoughts about combining these interests, logistics and coffee, in the beginning of 2021 and in July the Aerial Resupply Coffee operations started.
"Aerial delivery was by far the most interesting, fun, and awesome method of delivery supplies to anyone on the battlefield. The entire process is awesome, right up until that pallet leaves an aircraft, or that bag is delivered by helicopter. That's the sweet spot," Mike explained. "I wanted to recreate that type of feeling and combine my love for coffee and logistics. I'd love to own a C-17 so I could create it in real life. Until then - I'll settle on FedEx or USPS."
