The Full Story
On October 13th, 1775, the Continental Congress authorized the first ships of what became the United States Navy. Two hundred fifty-one years later, Sailors are still standing watch somewhere on the water. Happy birthday, Navy.
A Peruvian and Nicaraguan blend, roasted dark. Named for John Paul Jones, the man behind "I have not yet begun to fight." Built for the mid watch, the long transit, and the sailor who still has a deck log to finish.
Works for drip, French press, and espresso. Limited edition.
