ARC $100 Monthly Gift Card Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Aerial Resupply Coffee, LLC, 705 Dale Avenue, Unit E, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903 ("Sponsor," "ARC," "we," "us"). Sponsor administers this promotion. Contact: info@aerialresupplycoffee.com.

2. Promotion

The ARC $100 Monthly Gift Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is an ongoing monthly sweepstakes. One (1) winner is selected each calendar month. Entry is free.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible.

4. Promotion Period and Monthly Entry Periods

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 9, 2026 and continues on a month-to-month basis until Sponsor announces its conclusion.

Each "Entry Period" begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of a month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last calendar day of that month. The first Entry Period begins on the start date above and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026.

Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

5. How to Enter. Two Steps Are Required.

Entry requires two steps. Submitting your email address alone does not enter you.

Step One. Submit a valid email address through an entry form on aerialresupplycoffee.com or on any ARC giveaway landing page.

Step Two. Open the confirmation email sent to that address and click the confirmation link. Your entry is complete, and you are entered, only when you complete Step Two.

Email addresses that are submitted but never confirmed are not entered in any drawing and will not be counted.

To be entered in a given month's drawing, confirmation must be completed before that Entry Period closes. Confirmations completed after an Entry Period closes are entered in the next month's drawing.

6. Entry Limit and Continuing Entry

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period, regardless of how many times an address is submitted. Attempting to enter using multiple email addresses, identities, or accounts will void all of that person's entries.

Once you have confirmed your email address, you remain entered in each subsequent monthly drawing automatically for as long as you remain subscribed to ARC email. You do not need to re-enter each month. If you unsubscribe, are suppressed, or your address hard-bounces, you will not be included in subsequent drawings.

7. Void Entries and Automated Entry

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or any device or process other than a genuine individual submission are void. Sponsor reserves the right to void entries and disqualify any person who Sponsor reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, used disposable or fraudulent email addresses, or otherwise violated these Official Rules. Incomplete, illegible, or undeliverable entries are void.

8. Prize

One (1) prize per Entry Period: a one hundred dollar ($100.00) Aerial Resupply Coffee gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100.00. Total ARV of all prizes awarded in any twelve (12) month period: $1,200.00.

The gift card is redeemable only at aerialresupplycoffee.com, may be applied toward merchandise, shipping, and tax at checkout, does not expire, is not reloadable, and is not redeemable for cash. No cash equivalent, transfer, or substitution of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

All costs and expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible confirmed entries in the applicable Entry Period.

10. Winner Selection

On or about the fifth (5th) day following the close of each Entry Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible confirmed entries for that Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

11. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the confirmed email address associated with the entry. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the date the notification is sent.

If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible confirmed entries for that Entry Period. Sponsor may select up to two (2) alternate winners per Entry Period, after which the prize may go unawarded.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to confirm eligibility, including age and state of residence, before the prize is awarded.

12. Prize Delivery

The gift card code will be delivered by email to the verified winner within fourteen (14) calendar days of verification.

13. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt or use of the prize.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

15. Privacy and Use of Your Email Address

By entering, you agree to receive marketing email from Aerial Resupply Coffee at the address you confirm. Only confirmed addresses are added to ARC's marketing email program. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing removes you from future drawings but does not affect a prize already awarded.

Information collected is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

16. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated before a scheduled drawing, Sponsor may award the prize for that Entry Period in a random drawing from among all eligible confirmed entries received prior to termination.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or email, technical or network malfunctions, or any error, omission, interruption, or delay in operation or transmission.

17. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

18. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charlottesville or Albemarle County, Virginia, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Winners List

For the name of the winner for any given month, send an email with the subject line "Giveaway Winner Request" and the month requested to info@aerialresupplycoffee.com within sixty (60) days of the close of that Entry Period.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
