It's made with high-caffeine Robusta beans — roughly twice the caffeine of standard Arabica. Named after the GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast, the largest non-nuclear bomb in the U.S. arsenal. The name is not an accident.
Where is it roasted?
In-house at the Aerial Resupply Coffee roastery at 705 Dale Ave, Charlottesville, VA. Every batch roasted to order.
What does it taste like?
Bold and full-bodied with low acidity and no burnt finish. Robusta delivers a stronger, earthier flavor than Arabica — more intensity, less brightness. The medium roast profile keeps it from going bitter while letting the caffeine do its job.
